Project Support Programme
Our Project Development Officers – Fiona, Lindsay, Paula & Claire are available to provide one to one mentoring supports during 2010 for childcare providers & childminders. This involves having an initial consultation meeting, agreeing a plan of action and reviewing outcomes. Supports are available in relation to the following:
- Supports to manage funding through the ECCE/CCS
- Sustainability Planning supports
- Human Resources
- Quality/Compliance
- Behaviour management/Child Development
- Parental Supports/Involvement
- Governance/Management
